Important Update for Parents and Stakeholders

Important Update for Parents and Stakeholders

We would like to inform you about an incident that occurred outside of opening hours on Sunday, 17th August 2025, around midday.

A police pursuit resulted in damage to our perimeter wall. We are pleased to confirm that no children, parents, staff, or visitors were on the premises at the time, and no pedestrians were injured. The vehicle did not gain access to the building, nor did it cause any further damage.

The safety and well-being of the children in our care remain our top priority. We have already secured the affected area and are making arrangements for repairs. Daily routines are continuing as normal, and the children remain happy and engaged in their activities.

We are grateful for the swift response from the Police, London Fire Brigade, Croydon Early Years, the Insurance team at the Early Years Alliance, as well as our parents, staff and well-wishers for their support. Ofsted has also been informed, despite the incident occurring outside opening hours

Please be assured that the situation is fully under control, and the safety of your children remains our highest priority.
